I have gained invaluable insights into the culinary industry throughout my career yet each passing year has reinforced my conviction that the right path for me is to establish my own business.

Five years ago, I made the decision to pursue a career as a private chef, and I have never looked back.

This role offers me endless opportunities to express my creativity while also allowing ample space and energy to concentrate on sustainability which is more than often overlooked in the culinary industry.

My cooking is all about nourishing and seasonally focused ingredients that taste delicious and make people around me feel amazing.
