no deposit is required; however, in the event of cancellation, charges will be assessed based on the final cost of the event previously agreed upon with customer

the cancellation fees are as follows:

more than 9 weeks before the event: no charge

6 to 9 weeks before the event: 25% charge

4 to 6 weeks before the event: 50% charge

less than 4 weeks before the event: 60% charge

*this policy also applies in the event of changes to the number of participants
